It is usually rainy in Spring. When the rain infiltrates into the cabinet, fateful damage to LED display screen can be resulted from the short circuit of PCB, LED bulb and other electronic component.
Considering all the possibilities of rain leakage, LCJH works hard on waterproof project to make pertinent measures. All our outdoor screens reach IP65 protective rank. PH18 outdoor full color LED display screen even be ranked in IP67. Nothing will happen in the rainy season.

2、Summer insolation—thermal deformation repellence
The temperature in some region is more than 40℃ and the ground  is even much hotter. Common iron cabinet deforms under day-after-day insolation. It causes increasingly big rift between cabinets and distortion of the same line of LED bulbs. What displayed in the screen are pieces of mosaics.
All the deformation factors are eliminated in our workshop. We strictly inspect our product according to “LED display current criteria”. LCJH is equipped with the first ESPEC lab which can simulate the temperature range from -25℃--85℃.All products can be put into mass production only after inspection in this lab.

3、Autumn dust—dustproof test
Dust storm happens frequently in Northern area in Autumn. Dust is always a killer of electronic components, especially electrostatic dust which can penetrate them. The same problem could happen, even though it is replaced. Maintenance is difficult for the real reason is hard to discover.
LCJH has taken every dust as our enemy and stops them from penetration. Our product has been ranked in IP5 or IP6 in dustproof test.

4、Winter freezing—cold deformation repellence
Just like thermal deformation, rifts between cabinets become large under as cold circumstances as -30℃.Many large mosaics will appears in the screen. Furthermore, the screen cannot work because of the strike of electronic component in such cold weather.
Similarly, through ESPEC lab test, our screen can work in any above mentioned weather.

5、Sunshine irradiation—ultraviolet resistance
Ultraviolet radiation is an outdoor product killer notorious for accelerating the aging of plastic, glue and other parts in the screen, even the electronic components. The rain and dust pierce the screen and through the rifts caused by cabinet aging. Then display screen can not work.
LCJH LED display screen cabinets are made of ultraviolet proof material which gives the screen a long life and stable displaying effect.

6、Vehicle and wind shake—shockproof test
The movement of vehicles can cause some shocks to the screen on the roadside. Even the strong wind can shake the screen shelf. These shakes may result in abnormal work of the electronic component, and then influence the whole screen

LCJH outdoor screens have passed the shockproof test. According to BG6587.4, test is carried out under the circumstances of quiver frequency 5Hz-55Hz-5Hz, swing 0.19mm, scanning 1 time/5 min. two times per direction of the two. After that, all the displaying function of the screen can get up to the standard of BG6587.4F

7、Voltage saltation—electric intensity test
Screen may not work resulted from fluctuation of input voltage. After 50HZ, 1500V AC electrifies power input end and metal outline border or framework of LCJH display screen for 1 minute, no pierce phenomenon happens.

8、Dry climate—electrostatic test
The static electricity voltage on human body can be more than 1000V in dry season. It is strong enough to pierce electronic component and LED bulbs.
LCJH uses CREE COTCO LED bulbs protective from 2KV.We also make static proof process during production.

9、Seamlessness—plug gauge test
If the modules or cabinets are not structured levelly, there could be large rifts in the screen. LCJH products are tidy and seamless.
10、Quick assembly
LCJH has made much improvement in screen assembly which is fairly needed in stage collocation.

11、Color and appearance uniformity—ink color test
Disaccord of panel color will cause unaesthetic mosaics in the screen. No such bad products come from LCJH.
12Few spots—cold and hot impulse test
When modules lose control of some pixel points or LED bulbs, the displaying effect in the screen is unaesthetically influenced. LCJH products pass cold and hot impulse, high humidity and quiver test and take no lose of control of spots.

13、 Electromagnetic Interference – EMC Test

After EMC test of LCJH product, no mutual interference happens between our screen and other electric products. Such inharmonic phenomena often appear in the stage such as vocal concert, evening party and so on, which disturbs the normal work of all electric equipment if the screen has no anti-electromagnetic process.

14、High definition—1024 definition test  
LCJH screen can give you a vivid, natural, living video at the rank of 1024 definition.

15、Oceanic climate—high humid and salty fog test
Metal Cabinet is apt to rot in salty fog weather which appears often in the cities near ocean whereas LCJH display screen can withstand the challenge of any such weather.

16、Far and stable signal transfer—transfer test

Transportation of signal must be taken into consideration if LED screen is too large. Otherwise, it can not work normally. It has been proved that we are capable of producing as large screen as several hundred of square meters, for example, 350㎡ large screen for CCTV.

17、Easy operation—software test
Complicated operation system often takes a great impact on the normal work of LED display. LCJH LED display operation system is so multifunctional and simple that anyone can master it in a short time.

18、Uniform brightness—luminance test
Mosaics appear in this unqualified screen with uneven brightness under white balance. The difference ratio between CREE COTCO LED bulbs used by LCJH is less than 1:1.2 which can not be distinguished with naked eye. After LCJH engineers modify both hardware and software, we ensure no uneven brightness in our LED display.

19、Environmental protection requirement--ROHS.
All LCJH products can be sold to EU area for we have get attestation of ROHS issued by Feb.13, 2003 and effective since Jul.1, 2006.

20、Safety demand—3C, CE certification
According to the related regulation, any electric products without 3C certification could not been put into market from May 1, 2003.
In addition, LED display screen without the compulsory CE by EU could not be sold in European areas for the possible insecurity, insanitation etc.  Please be disburdened to use or distribute LCJH products for we have attained both of 3C and CE certification
